Here at N&C, we have a refined, individualized design process so you can worry less this marching season. With all the services we offer for a successful season, all you have to do is pass out the music and play.
We know that your job during the season can feel like a juggling act. By collaborating with our remarkable team of in-house specialists, you can worry less about building your season from the ground up and instead enjoy the creative process.
When working with our team, all of the materials and design you need comes from one place with one vision. Design is professional, timely, and individualized to your program's needs. We can ensure that your final product will be what you envisioned it to be.
Music Design
Seth Raymond, our Head of Composition, composes all of our shows. Each work balances the emotional and technical demands that make a highly effective show.
Our shows use both original compositions and source materials. Even if your show uses source material for every movement, it will never be just a note-for-note arrangement of the original piece. The source material is pulled apart for the most iconic themes, fitted for your ensemble’s specific needs and strengths. Original counter-themes, percussion, and electronic parts are added to give the piece a fresh take.
This season, perform a comprehensive production customized to your ensemble.
Visual Design
Caleb Jones, our Head of Design, oversees all visual aspects of your production. This begins at the concept stage – when we work together to figure out your season needs and goals. From there, we design the broad strokes of the show.
Drawing from our conversations, Caleb takes those ideas to create designs and concept art for the story behind your show.
Uniforms, Flags, and Props
All of these designs are also done in-house. We can ensure that they are exactly what you need for an impactful production.
Our base package includes all of these. So, even if you decide you don’t want to use these, you won’t be paying any extra for them. If you do use them, then we will help you work with the uniform and flag companies.
Guard and Band Choreography
All of the dance, flag work, and show-specific band choreography is available. Detailed instructional videos will be shared with you so all you have to do is teach it to your students. Or, we would be happy to teach your students during scheduled clinics.
Clinics
Schedule clinics throughout the season with your N&C Design Team.
Get an advantage by having your design team on-site to ensure a true collaboration between designer, instructor, and performer.
Drill Design
Additionally, we offer customized drill-writing that that aligns with the music and maximizes your ensemble’s visual potential on the field. We work with you during the drill writing process to make sure your time on the field is spent cleaning, not rearranging.
